Valencia "Kellz" Kelly has over 15 years combined of sports performance, training, and education. Spending several years as a FireFighter, being certified in personal fitness training through her degree in Exercise Science, coupled with being an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, her passion for the wellness and wellbeing of people is at the forefront. 
As a Fitness Life Coach, she uses her experience and education to construct meaningful opportunities for you to reach beyond the breaks in life to embody challenges as an opportunity to rebuild, revive, or enhance the life you love to live.
