Try this.... Go to your mirror... Your Actual mirror and take a look...

1. What is it that you need/want to say to, acknowledge about, or face in regards to yourself?

2. What in your life has been a direct mirror to your inner thoughts or subconscious feelings about people, places, things, or experiences?

3. Mirror gaze... don't say anything...just SEE yourself... for a few moments. Just gaze. Find YOU in the mirror.

During these challenging times, I remain dedicated to connecting clients with and offering comprehensive Tele-health Counseling sessions.  

Telemental health is the provision of remote mental health services usually by a secure video and audio platform. 

Research has shown that telemental health services are just as effective as traditional face-to-face therapy. Telemental health also comes with added benefits. These include there being no need to travel or to book time off from other commitments. It is also much more flexible.

A Military Veteran of 16.5 years with over 25 years of experience in the world of performing and creative arts, I have been a Licensed and Certified Counselor since 2014 in Georgia. I obtained my Bachelor's degree from Auburn University Montgomery in Humanities and Social Science and Master's degrees in both Counseling and Public Health Promotion.

I also possess a Level I Certification in Reiki and am studying to obtain a group fitness certification. 

With almost a decade of foster care/social work experience in adolescent and young adult trauma work, parenting supports and skills building, and adult counseling in life transitions, interpersonal effectiveness, mood management, and life skills, I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the challenges that are causing them distress, anxiety, and pause. I take honor in helping guide the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to being a part of your evolving journey. 

I am competent and share presence/hold space within communities that are, LGBTQ+, sex positive, and those within various relationship structures. 

Aside from counseling and coaching, I have an ongoing engagement and presence with local and national film projects, TV, online streaming platforms and apps, and community/live events through dance, fitness/wellness, fashion/figure modeling, advocacy and human rights, and other forms of creative, healing, entertainment purposes. 

I enjoy leisure time with my wife, dog, and 2 cats and LOVE a good laugh, working out, photography and art.  Time in nature and in solitude, dance and music are important to me and a part of my personal wellness practice.

Counseling will be different depending on the individual's goals and challenges.  In general, you can expect to discuss the current events happening in your life, your personal history relevant to your issue, and report progress (or any new insights gained) from the previous therapy session.  

Depending on your specific needs, therapy can be short-term, for a specific issue, or longer-term, to deal with more difficult patterns or your desire for more personal development.   

Your active participation in the process will yield more results from counseling. 

Beyond the work you do in therapy sessions, I may suggest some things you can do outside of therapy to support your process - such as reading a pertinent book, journaling on specific topics, noting particular behaviors or taking action on your goals.  

Most clients do weekly sessions to start and may shift to participating bi-weekly once they feel more established and solid in a mental/emotional care plan and trajectory. Each session lasts 55 mins.

Therapy and Counseling can be wrapped with other resources and supports. This list is not exhaustive but can be a support to you or someone you know.






If you are in a life threatening situation, do not use this site. Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, a free, 24-hour hotline, at 1-800-273-8255. Your call will be routed to the crisis center near you. If your issue is an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.



Additional resource for counseling with me is through BetterHelp.

  • You have thoughts of hurting yourself or others

  • You are a minor or you are under the care of a legal guardian

  • You are in an urgent crisis or an emergency situation
