​​I work primarily with adults that are wellness inspired seeking support in various areas of their lives. My practice is designed centering Black and Brown Folx. 


I appreciate working with gig workers & entrepreneurs, athletes and performers, and creative & business professionals. 


As a Black woman in America, I also want to acknowledge the deep and painful roots that many of us share and my dedication to adding to the visibility of Black wellness and mental health. 


As a Queer woman, it is important for me to hold space for others in the spirit of diverse sexuality, attraction, and connection. 


As a Creative woman, embedding elements of creativity, Spirit, art, and quirk into healing, growing, and evolving is natural for me. 

My approach to counseling is collaborative and eclectic. My goal includes helping you understand how your challenges or “missteps” in life are shaped by your concept of self, your past and present relationships, certain cultural and inter-generational values. I hold space for you each step of the way.
I focus on tailoring each session to your specific needs with trauma-informed care,  acknowledging that some behaviors and thoughts are guided by events which you might not have been prepared to experience. 

Sessions with me are compassionate, intuitive, thought-provoking,
and organic with a touch of humor and play. I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, meditation and mind-body work into each session. 


My intentions are to guide you through life stressors/transitions, interpersonal relationships, mood management, emotion regulation, personal development, and purpose and passion exploration.​

Therapy for Mental Health & Wellness Professionals

The focus on everyone else’s problems and needs with consistently failing or forgetting or putting off attending to your own needs could lead to maladaptive coping. Consequently, the burned-out or impaired wellness professional provides ineffective treatment, which may result in legal or ethical liabilities.

Do you need a space to process and unpack life and work?

 My desire is to hold space for you and what you have to bring to each session. While this is not Supervision or Clinical Consultation, I invite you to check in and process any activations, triggers, or transference that come up from your work so that you can show up fully in all you do. I have an eclectic and mindful approach with ebb and flow that aligns with who I am professionally to be a support to you. 



We offer seminars and talks on topics including stress management, mindfulness, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.  Should your company or organization need a boost in moral or support through transitions, our curriculum includes group discussions and hands-on practice of tools and coping skills.

Personal Fitness and Health Coaching

Many experiences affect people emotionally and physically that impact stress receptors.

We not only have physical challenges with health and body image, but also psychological injuries from life experiences--  Increased stress, impacts of stress and depression, affect our health.

 By using modalties that work to bring body into balance, release tension and build strength and endurance, our fitness coach is a great addition to your counseling journey. 

This service is a favorite among many of my clients as an addition to the keys to a happier, healthier life. My role is to connect you with my Health and Exercise Professional to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling perspective of YOU.  

These services can take place via video from the comfort of your home or other personal outdoor space. 

I am partnered with a Fitness MasterTrainer, Coach Kellz of FitBody Fitness Training, LLC for this service. 

Support Group

Critical Incident Stress Debriefing

When a group or organization faces a major loss/death or a traumatic event, an opportunity to debrief can help those affected to avoid symptoms of post traumatic stress.  Such a group allows members to reprocess events, reflect on it's impact, and identify coping skills and plans for self-care.
